In 2002 he graduated from the Ural law Institute of MIA of the Russian Federation (diploma with honors). During his studies at the higher education institute he took part in 15 interregional, all-Russian and international conferences, including: "The Experience of the Fight against Crime" (Saint Petersburg), "Prevention of Juvenile Crime" (Omsk), "Fight against Corruption" (Moscow). By now, he has published more than 10 scientific articles in journals and collections. He won a scientific grant for developing recommendations on combating juvenile delinquency. He was repeatedly awarded the scholarships of the Russian Government. Marked by a special gratitude of the Minister of Internal Affairs V.B. Rushailo.

Within the framework of his scientific activity, he wrote a workshop for the Urals Federal District on the theme "Prevention of Juvenile and Youth Crime", which is currently used by law enforcement agencies as practical recommendations.

His work experience as a teacher of legal disciplines in higher education institutions- 4 years.

On 21 November 2003 — he founded "ENSO" LLP.

In cooperation with nonprofit partnership "Association of Mobile Technology" in 2005-2006 he participated in the working group of the State Duma on development of the concept, aimed at reducing the number of theft of the cellular, as well as the reduction of import, implementation and operation of counterfeit cellular. He directly participated in the development of the draft law on amendments to the Federal law "On Communications", aimed at reducing the number of cellular plunders, reduction of import, implementation and operation of counterfeit cellular.

From 2006 to the present, he is the founder and Deputy Chairman of legal Affairs of the public organization "The Society for the Protection of the Consumer Rights of  the Sverdlovsk region".

In 2006 -2007 he studied under the presidential program of management training based on BSTM - Business School of Technology Management at USTU-UPI under the program "Strategic Management".2006 -2007 — were trained under the presidential program of management training on the basis of the BSTM – Business school of management technology at the Ural State Technical University under the program "Strategic Management".

Since May 2007 he is the member of Noncommercial partnership "The Union of Participants of Consumer Market" ( Moscow city).

Since October 2007 he is the Vice-President of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Employers of the Sverdlovsk Region.

In November 2007 he was awarded with an honorary diploma of the Government of the Sverdlovsk region for the development of projects to implement the reform of enterprises.

During the years of 2008 - 2010 he was a Member of the Council of the Russian Legal Chamber (collegiate management body of the Russian party of pensioners).

Since April 2008 he is the official representative of the Association of Graduates of the Presidential Program of the Sverdlovsk Region in Moscow.

Since July 2008 he is the Deputy Chairman for Legal Affairs of the Moscow City Regional Office of the All-Russian Public Organization "Business Russia".

Since May 2009 he is a Member of the National Coordinating Council of the Movement for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers "Association of Russian Consumers".

In May 2010 he participated in the Special American Business Internship Program (SABIT), organized with the financial support of the US Department of Commerce. Subject of the Internship: "Intellectual Property Rights". He got International certificates of universities and ministries of the United States of America.
